The Human Rights Law Centre has begun a case in Australia's High Court challenging the legality of offshore detention on Nauru on behalf of 10 asylum seekers.
The Law Centre's Daniel Webb says the group of asylum seekers has been temporarily returned to Australia but faces imminent removal back to Nauru.
Mr Webb, the centre's director of legal advocacy, talked with Ron Sutton.
