SBS World News Radio: A senior police negotiator, identified only as Reg, has continued giving evidence today at the inquest into the 2014 Sydney Lindt Cafe siege.

The inquest heard the police negotiators' truck used for major incidents in NSW was unavailable due to being damaged three years earlier.

 

Gunman Man Haron Monis killed hostage Tori Johnson and hostage Katrina Dawson and the gunman were also killed in police fire.
