Nigeria recall Yobo for Mexico friendly

Nigeria has recalled skipper Joseph Yobo for next month's friendly against Mexico in the United States.

Nigeria has recalled skipper Joseph Yobo for next month's friendly against Mexico in the American city of Atlanta on March 5 as part of both sides' build-ups to the World Cup finals in Brazil in June.

The 33-year-old has not played for his country since they won the Africa Cup of Nations last year.

The experienced central defender recently returned to the English Premier League with Norwich City on loan from Fenerbahce of Turkey.

There are three uncapped players in the 23-man squad - Belgium-based strikers Imoh Ezekiel and Michael Uchebo and Ramon Azeez from Spanish La Liga side Almeria.
