The British government says it won't challenge a court ruling ordering it to reconsider its decision not to hold an inquiry into the death by radioactive poisoning of a former Russian agent.
Alexander Litvinenko, who had become a strong critic of the Kremlin, died in London in 2006 after drinking tea laced with polonium-210.
