No federal law breaches by Hanson: AFP

Checks by the Australian Federal Police of allegations against Pauline Hanson's One Nation party have found no breaches of federal law.

Federal police have not found any breaches of commonwealth law by Pauline Hanson's One Nation party.

In May, Australian Federal Police commissioner Andrew Colvin revealed the agency was "evaluating" claims Senator Hanson's party may have breached legal requirements for disclosure of electoral spending and for claiming election funding.

Labor had also asked police to look at the party's alleged collection of GST without the proper Australian Taxation Office registration required to do so, and the party's use of a Jabiru light aircraft.

"The AFP has undertaken an evaluation of the matters referred and based on the information available, has not identified any breaches of commonwealth law," an AFP spokeswoman told AAP on Monday.

The Electoral Commission of Queensland said the matter of the Jabiru aircraft was currently being considered by the Australian Electoral Commission.
