Treasurer Joe Hockey insists there will be no new taxes in his second budget on Tuesday.

While there has been widespread speculation that he will copy the UK's so-called Google tax, Mr Hockey said he will be enforcing integrity measures to make sure multinationals pay their fair share of tax.

"Where people get unfair advantages we will bring that to an end," he told the Nine network.
