There's no talk about replacing Bill Shorten as federal Labor leader, frontbencher Anthony Albanese says.
Mr Albanese says no one in the Labor party is talking about replacing Mr Shorten, who is facing claims he's failed to capitalise on Prime Minister Tony Abbott's political missteps.
"He has done a good job. Look at where we have been in the polls. Even the worst poll at the moment has us on 50/50. The other polls have us ahead still," Mr Albanese has told the Nine Network.
Mr Albanese lost out to Mr Shorten when Labor picked its leader in 2013 but says he doesn't have his eye on the top job.
"I look forward to being a minister in a Bill Shorten government."
