The NSW government is targeting parents of school-aged children with their latest pre-election promise to double sport rebates.
Premier Gladys Berejiklian on Saturday announced that families from July will be able to access two $100 Active Kids vouchers per child each year.
The program, first introduced in the 2017 budget, is designed to help offset the high cost of out-of-school sports.
Sport Minister Stuart Ayres said it's been a "raging success" with more than one million vouchers issued.
"You just go and get your voucher from Service NSW, take it to your local club, and there's $100 off your registration," he told reporters in Sydney.
"To be able to give two vouchers over the course of the year means we're providing maximum flexibility to parents, so they can choose the sports for their kids and make sure we've got more kids playing sport right across NSW."
Families can also use $100 Creative Kids vouchers to reduce the costs of activities such as drama and theatre, music lessons and coding.
The NSW election is on March 23.
