NSW man slips of cliff edge to his death

A man in his 20s was with friends when he slipped off a cliff edge and fell 40 metres to his death.

A man has died after he slipped off a cliff edge in southern Sydney, falling more than 40 metres.

The man, in his 20s, was with friends when he fell near the southern end of the Seacliff Bridge at Clifton shortly before 1pm on Saturday, NSW Police said.

Police Rescue have retrieved the body and a report will be prepared for the coroner.
