NSW teen bashed, robbed in gang attack

A 17-year-old has been robbed and assaulted by three men at a hotel in Cabramatta.

A teenager has had his tooth broken by three men who bashed and robbed him in a hotel car park in Sydney's southwest.

The 17-year-old suffered a chipped tooth and cuts and bruises to his head, while the three men got away with his money after the attack in Cabramatta, on Tuesday afternoon.

Police say the men approached the teen outside a hotel on Broomfield Street.

They told the victim to follow them to the car park, where they demanded his phone and wallet before bashing him, police said.

The trio fled when they were approached by a bystander.

Police say the men are described as being of Asian appearance and about 20-years-old.

Call Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000 with any information.
