One dead after two Vic divers hit by boat

A man is dead after two divers were hit by a boat and emergency crews have been called to a suburban Melbourne pier.

A man is dead after two divers were hit by a boat near the Frankston Pier.

Paramedics were called to the pier about 1pm on Sunday and met the boat with the two men in their 20s.

Victoria Police confirmed one man was dead.

Ambulance Victoria assessed the other man and found he had no obvious injuries.
