One Nation senator Peter Georgiou insists he will stay loyal to Pauline Hanson, rejecting claims his leader is autocratic amid internal divisions.

The minor party is reeling after Senator Hanson and NSW senator Brian Burston had a bitter falling out over the government's proposed company tax cuts.

But Senator Georgiou dismissed claims had spoken to crossbenchers about leaving One Nation.

"With Burston, hopefully things can get sorted out. But I'm the last man standing for now. I'm a One Nation senator and I intend to be a One Nation senator at the next election," the WA senator told The Australian.

It comes after Senator Burston launched an effort to have Senator Hanson hauled before the powerful Senate privileges committee over claims she tried to intimidate him to vote the way she wanted on corporate tax cuts.

He wrote to Senator Hanson asking her to explain why her behaviour was not a "contempt of the Senate".

But Senator Georgiou insisted he had a good relationship with his leader who he said doesn't run the party like a dictatorship.

"I have never been told 'you will vote like this' or 'you are going to do this'," he said.
