Ellen Degeneres' celebrity-filled Oscars selfie has sparked a trend of people taking group photos of themselves at work.
The group photo of the host posing with Brad Pitt, Angelina Jolie, Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, Jennifer Lawrence and other Hollywood stars at the 86th Academy Awards went viral after it was posted on Twitter.
It became the most retweeted post and was shared more than 1.9 million times.
Now people around Australia have joined in the fun, taking "groupie" snaps of themselves at work, just like DeGeneres did at the Oscars.
Members of Melbourne's Metropolitan Fire Brigade tweeted a photo of themselves on Tuesday and sent it to the US television host.
"Hey @TheEllenShow we liked your #Oscars selfie but think the #Melbourne firefighters on C shift do it better! pic.twitter.com/ruRTdMfLR6."
Hailed as the greatest selfie of all time, DeGeneres' photo has come under criticism for not being an individual self-portrait, and for reportedly being a Samsung and Twitter marketing stunt.
The stars captured in DeGeneres' shot were Best Supporting Actor winner Jared Leto, with Jennifer Lawrence, Meryl Streep, Ellen DeGeneres, Bradley Cooper, Peter Nyong'o Jr in the first row, and Channing Tatum, Julia Roberts, Kevin Spacey, Brad Pitt, Lupita Nyong'o and Angelina Jolie in the second.
