OzForex profit up more than 50%

OzForex increased its full year profit by 52 per cent to $24.3 million due to higher customer numbers.

OzForex has lifted its full year profit by 52 per cent thanks to increase in the number of customers and transactions.

The currency trader made a net profit of $24.3 million for the year to March 31, up from $16 million a year ago.

OzForex increased its number of active clients 18 per cent to 142,500, while there was a 21 per cent increase in the number of transactions it processed.

It lifted its final dividend to 3.58 cents per share, fully franked, up from 2.375 cents per share a year ago.
