Paris Hilton's unwanted visitor freed

Police have a freed an obsessed fan arrested outside Paris Hilton's home, saying he hasn't committed any crime.

A man who professed his love for Paris Hilton after being arrested outside her gated community home in Los Angeles has been released from police custody.

Lukas Redanz, 31, was arrested on Friday after telling security staff he had to see Hilton.

Redanz, who was covered in tattoo tributes to the socialite, was found in possession of cocaine - but not enough to warrant charges, according to TMZ.com.

Police couldn't charge him with stalking because he wasn't trespassing on Hilton's property and didn't appear to be a physical threat to her.
