The New York apartment where actor Philip Seymour Hoffman died is back on the rental market.
The tragic Capote star had been staying in a two-bedroom, fourth-floor unit at Pickwick House in Manhattan's Greenwich Village since last autumn, after moving out of his family home to deal with a series of personal issues.
His body was discovered there on February 2.
Hoffman's last home is now on the rental market again, although the monthly price has been increased to $US10,500 ($A11,417) according to the New York Post.
Autopsy results revealed Hoffman died from a fatal mix of heroin, cocaine and prescription pills.
The celebrated actor had struggled with drug abuse in the past and checked himself into rehab last year to battle addiction issues after 23 years of sobriety.
