It's been three months since Typhoon Haiyan devastated parts of the Philippines.

The super typhoon left nearly 8,000 people dead or missing, displaced about four million people and damaged more than one million homes.

Numerous charities have helped deliver emergency relief to the Philippines including clean water and sanitation, food and emergency shelter.

Oxfam Australia's Justin Morgan says long-term recovery efforts are now a strong focus to support the farmers, traders and fishermen to rebuild the country.

Mr Morgan has told Zara Zaher communities are deeply grateful for the international assistance.
