Pies could use Adelaide pasher: Shorten

Opposition Leader Bill Shorten says the woman who surprised him with a kiss and cuddle in Adelaide would be great for the Collingwood Magpies.

Bill Shorten has joked the woman who manhandled him into a kiss in Adelaide from her mobility scooter should be recruited to Collingwood.

Margo Carey saw the opposition leader on Tuesday as he was walking through the city streets to meet locals.

"My first reaction, other than surprise, was I thought `oh Collingwood Football Club could use her.' She was deceptively strong," Mr Shorten told WSFM Radio on Thursday.
