Religious peace activists are again planning to disrupt joint Australian-US military training exercises.

The Peace Pilgrims plan to continually trespass on central Queensland's Shoalwater Bay Military Training Area when the Talisman Sabre exercises, involving up to 30,000 personnel, will be held over the next two weeks.

"Our pilgrimage is a journey to the traditional lands of the Darumbal people where the military is rehearsing war and testing weapons. Here we are exercising the values of our faith for the preservation of life and against the costs of war," the group said in a statement.
