Hundred's of foreign pilots are being recruited to meet the demands of Asia's airline industry boom.

Hundreds of new passenger planes have been purchased in recent years by Asian airlines, but a shortage of domestic pilots is rendering them useless.

In an attempt to find pilots quickly, the Asian airlines are enticing foreign pilots with better pay and a better work culture.

But as CNN's Ramy Inocencio reports, can mixed nationality crews sacrifice the safety of airline passengers?
