Most kids have a favourite bedtime song so it's no surprise Pink's two-year-old daughter Willow likes mum's hits.
"Putting my little girl to bed tonight while she sings herself to sleep... "So what... I'm a rock star... And I'm havin fun and so what ...." (sic)" the 34-year-old said in Twitter.
It was recently announced that Pink will be performing at the Academy Awards on March 2, joining the likes of Pharrell Williams.
She's a keen supporter of LGBT rights and her friend Ellen DeGeneres, who is married to Australian Portia de Rossi, tweeted her excitement at Pink being picked to sing at the Oscars.
"@TheEllenShow: This year, one of my favorite people, @Pink is performing at the #Oscars! And I'm hosting. Take that, Russia (sic)," Ellen wrote.
Pink responded with: "Haa takeTHAT! (sic)"
Last week the singer called the Oscars announcement "big news" and thanked The Academy for choosing her.
