Pippa's well fitting royal wedding dress

Britain's Duchess of Cambridge's sister, Pippa Middleton, has humorously addressed the figure-hugging frock she wore to the royal wedding.

Pippa Middleton has admitted her royal wedding dress fitted "too well".

The 30-year-old is the younger sister of Catherine, who married Britain's Prince William in a lavish ceremony at Westminster Abbey in 2011.

Her sister acted as bridesmaid on the big day and caused a stir when she wore a tight Alexander McQueen gown that showed off her pert derriere.

During a recent speech at the Women in Advertising and Communications dinner, Middleton addressed the style statement, according to Britain's The Mirror newspaper.

"As I have found out, recognition has its upside, its downside and - you may say - its backside.

"In retrospect, it fitted a little too well."

She is also thought to have opened up about her nerves prior to the wedding, admitting that she didn't sleep for two nights before the ceremony.

Middleton may now be looking ahead to her own wedding dress, after it was reported last year that she is engaged to her partner Nico Jackson.
