Pistols disguised as pens found in Melb

A Melbourne man will face court on Thursday charged with a number of firearms, weapons and drug offences after pistol pens and drugs were found in his car.

Five pen pistols and drugs were uncovered by police during a search of a car in Melbourne.

Braybrook man, Kevin Nguyen, 35, will face the Sunshine Magistrates Court on Thursday charged with a number of firearms, weapons and drug offences.

He appeared in an out-of-sessions hearing on Wednesday night and was remanded in custody.

Another man, a 40-year-old South Melbourne man was released pending further enquiries.
