Police find fifth body in a dam at Lockhart property

Police divers have recovered the body of a man from a dam on the same property where a mother and her three children were found murdered yesterday in southern NSW.

The 41-year-old farmer Geoff Hunt had been missing since the bodies of his wife Kim and his children Fletcher, Mia and Phoebe were discovered at a property near Wagga Wagga.

Police say a firearm was also found in the dam.

Ambulance officers and police found the bodies of the woman and

her children yesterday afternoon.

All four are believed to have died after suffering gunshot wounds, although a port-mortem examination is still to be conducted.
