Police identify body found in Vic lake

The body of a man found face down in a lake near the NSW border is not being treated as suspicious, police say.

A post-mortem has been conducted on the body of a man found face down in a Victorian lake.

The man's body was found about 1pm on Saturday at Lake Dartmouth, near the NSW border.

He has been formally identified and his death, which police say is not being treated as suspicious, will be referred to the coroner.
