Police are hoping the public can help identify a white vehicle as part of their investigation into the murder of Mackay woman Shandee Blackburn.

Ms Blackburn, 23, died after suffering multiple stab wounds in the central Queensland town in the early hours of February 9 last year.

On Friday two images of a white ute were released with police saying the occupant or occupants of the vehicle may assist their investigation.

Police are also continuing to appeal for information from the public as they continue their investigation into Ms Blackburn's murder.

Anyone with information that could assist can call Crime Stoppers anonymously on 1800 333 000.
