A pregnant woman is among six members of an alleged Vietnamese crime syndicate charged with drug trafficking following a string of Melbourne raids.
Police say they've seized drugs worth $10.6 million on the street since launching an investigation into the group four months ago.
They allege the syndicate is well connected, has international reach and has been peddling ice, cocaine, heroin and cannabis.
Half a kilogram of ice, a homemade firearm, $10,000 cash and vehicles were seized in raids on Friday, targeting 13 properties.
The six accused appeared in Melbourne Magistrates Court on Saturday, including Sunshine West woman Jade Trinh, 39, who is the only female charged.
The court heard she is also 14 weeks pregnant.
All have been remanded in custody to reappear in court on Wednesday.
A seventh man, 35 of Preston, has been charged with weapons and other drug offences and bailed to appear at a later date.
Melbourne's north and western suburbs were the focus of the police operation, with search warrants executed on homes and commercial properties at Braybrook, Sunshine West and Preston.
