Russian president Vladimir Putin has laughed off speculation about his health after making his first appearance in public for 10 days.
His disappearance came at a tense time in Moscow.
Over the weekend, Russian state television aired a documentary in which Mr Putin said he had considered a nuclear alert over Crimea.
