Queensland moved to the top of the domestic one-day cup ladder at the expense of rivals NSW with an emphatic 116-run defeat of Victoria on Tuesday at North Sydney Oval.
Queensland posted a massive 5-372 in an innings which included 14 sixes, with the win earning the Bulls a crucial bonus point.
The total was the largest set at the ground, although the Bulls fell 33 runs shy of the biggest achieved in Australian domestic limited-overs cricket, which they set in 2004.
Queensland's top five batsmen all made contributions after openers Chris Hartley (90) and Usman Khawaja (85) put on 185 for the first wicket.
The run rate, which had been strong throughout the innings, lifted even further in the latter stages, with the Queenslanders cracking 114 off the final 10 overs.
Joe Burns made 42 at better than a run a ball, Nathan Reardon belted 52 off 27 deliveries and Peter Forrest finished 67 not out from 49 balls.
"We are playing really well so far," said Khawaja. "We had a couple of losses against NSW, and even those games were really close. We have had a couple of injuries but still playing really well so plenty of positives.
"I'm feeling really good (about my game). I think it is nice to start with one-day competitions as it allows you to play a bit freer. I'm enjoying it and it helps when you are winning."
In reply, Victoria suffered a steady loss of wickets throughout their innings and were soon behind the required run rate.
Big-hitting Cameron White fell for 50 to leave his side at 4-126, with top-scorer Peter Handscomb the last man out for 72.
Queensland paceman Ben Cutting was named man of the match after collecting 4-63, including the key wicket of White.
