A New Zealand earthquake measuring 5.1 has shaken parts of the North Island.
The quake hit at 6.47am local time on Thursday, and was centred 25km southeast of Rotorua, at a depth of 167km, GeoNet says.
The Fire Service says there were no reports of damage.
