Queens of the Stone Age play in Tasmania

Double hard rock act Queens of the Stone Age and Nine Inch Nails will perform in Hobart as part of their tour of Australia.

Hard rock groups Queens of the Stone Age and Nine Inch Nails have added a Tasmanian show to their Australian tour.

The double act on Thursday announced they will be performing in Hobart on March 24.

The last time Queens of the Stone Age played in Tasmania was in 2008 for the V Festival.

March 6 & 7 - Entertainment Centre, Sydney

March 8 - Entertainment Centre, Newcastle

March 11 - Perth Arena, Perth

March 13 - Entertainment Centre, Adelaide

March 14 & 15 - Rod Laver Arena, Melbourne

March 17 - Entertainment Centre, Brisbane

March 19 - Vector Arena, Auckland

March 20 - TSB Arena, Wellington

March 22 - CBS Canterbury Arena, Christchurch

March 24 - Odeon Theatre, Hobart
