Raider Tapine to miss month with injury

Canberra's Joseph Tapine will miss 4-5 weeks of the NRL season with a broken finger.

Canberra forward Joseph Tapine will miss up to five weeks of the NRL season due to a finger injury.

The Raiders expect the 22-year-old to miss at least a month after undergoing surgery to heal the broken finger sustained in their round-one loss to North Queensland on Saturday.

His loss is offset by prop Junior Paulo's return from a road rage suspension against Cronulla on Saturday.
