Authorities in Victoria say a rare mosquito-borne disease has been diagnosed in the state for the first time.
A 45-year-old Melbourne man has been diagnosed with Japanese encephalitis after a recent trip to the Indonesian island of Bali.
Victoria's Chief Health Officer, Dr Rosemary Lester spoke to Santilla Chingaipe about the viral condition.
