A woman may have been drugged, tied up and assaulted in an incident at a home in Sydney's west.

The 43-year-old woman's partner reportedly called triple zero shortly before 10.30pm on Sunday, requesting paramedics and police attend a Green Valley home.

Police attended the property but were unable to confirm reports the woman was pregnant or that she had been assaulted.

The woman was taken to Liverpool Hospital but was discharged on Monday morning.

It's not clear if officers have been able to speak to the woman yet.
