NAB has refused to pass on the Reserve Bank’s full 0.25%interest rate cut to its borrowers.

Instead, it's pushing with a 0.20% reduction.

It's blaming higher funding costs for the decision, but even with a standard variable rate of 7.47%, it is the lowest of the big four banks.
