For a brief moment, Samsung won its appeal to have a ban onthe sale of its Galaxy 10.1 tablet computer lifted, until Apple quickly saidthat it would apply for special leave to the High Court to have the decisionoverturned.

It's the latest in a 7 month battle between the two technology giant.

SBS Reporter, Lauren Petterson spoke with ZDNet's Luke Hopewell who also revealed what would happen if Samsung is able to sell its product before Christmas.
