Telstra shareholders will vote tomorrow onthe company's $11b NBN deal with the government at its AGM in Sydney.

But the ACCC still hasn't approved Telstra's structural separation.

It comes ahead of a busy week of meetings, culminating with News Limited's AGM in Los Angeles on Friday.
