An injury to forward Ben Ridge marred Gold Coast's 22-12 NRL trial win over a no-name Warriors outfit on Saturday night in Toowoomba.
Ridge came off in the 14th minute with a suspected pectoral complaint.
Scans will confirm the full extent of the damage by Monday.
However, there were some positives for Gold Coast coach Neil Henry.
Winger Leva Li, playing for a Titans contract, brushed past two defenders to score in the 17th minute to lock up the scores at 6-6.
Controversial flyer James Roberts was also impressive in his second-half stint at fullback, with two try assists including a grubber for Christian Hazard's 71st-minute four-pointer that sealed the result.
Another seeking a Titans contract, forward Agnatius Paasi, also turned heads while Kierran Moseley was lively out of dummy-half.
Henry also appears to have ample halves options behind rested starting duo Dan Mortimer and Aiden Sezer, with Jamal Fogarty, Kane Elgey and Hazard all showing touches of class in front of almost 7000 Toowoomba fans.
Henry is expected to unleash his stars in their final pre-season hitout - the February 21 Cairns clash with North Queensland - before their season-opener against Wests Tigers on March 7.
