Genevieve LaCaze has risen to third spot on the Australian women's 3000m steeplechase all-time list after chopping more than seven seconds off her personal best in Stockholm.
LaCaze, who has already qualified for the Rio Olympics in August, clocked nine minutes 23.19 seconds to finish Thursday's (Friday AEST) Diamond League meet in third place.
The 26-year-old was originally disqualified for lane infringement, but was later reinstated and her time allowed to stand.
In a positive omen for August's Olympics, it was a solid step up from last week's personal best of 9:30.52 in the Oslo Diamond League, and the third time LaCaze has lowered her quickest steeplechase time this year.
She's also improved her personal bests across the 800m, 1500m and 5000m events in 2016, and is still attempting to qualify in the latter.
Fellow Rio-bound steeplechaser Madeline Hills placed fifth in 9:28.75, just outside the season-best 9:24.73 she recorded in Oslo last week.
Long jump medal prospect Brooke Stratton placed fourth with a best leap of 6.61m, an improvement on her wind-impeded 6.36m in Lucerne earlier this week.
Reigning Olympic 100m hurdles champion Sally Pearson skipped the Stockholm meet, returning to Australia a week early to work on her fitness after struggling in her competitive comeback.
