Australian Brett Robinson has claimed a comfortable victory in the men's 5000m at the Morton Games track and field meet in Dublin.

The 2016 Rio Olympics finalist clocked a winning time of 13 minutes 26.50 seconds, nearly three seconds clear of runner-up Ben Connor from Britain.

NCAA finalist Mick Stanovsek set a personal best of 3:56.90 to finish fourth in the men's mile behind victor Sam Prakel from the United States.

Australian training partners Ryan Gregson (1:47.09) and Jordy Williamsz (1:47.35) were fifth and seventh respectively in the men's 800m.
