Royal commission hears ashram abuse allegations

A royal commission has heard some parents living at a yoga ashram in New South Wales signed over legal guardianship of their children to a man accused of sexually abusing his charges.

A royal commission has heard some parents living at a yoga ashram in New South Wales signed over legal guardianship of their children to a man accused of sexually abusing his charges.

The Satyanada Yoga Ashram at Mangrove Mountain is alleged to have been the site of several cases of child sex abuse between the 1970s and 1980s.
