The funeral for Bianka O'Brien, 31, and her one-year-old son Jude will be held in Rozelle.

Ms O'Brien and Jude, with neighbour Chris Noble were killed when their Darling Street building caught fire and collapsed during the early hours of September 4.

Since the explosion at the convenience store, the neighbouring building has been demolished, and police say they have now concluded the crime scene investigation.

The explosion site was returned to the owners on Tuesday, police said.

Leichhardt Council have now reopened the closed section of Darling Street, which had been shut to local traffic for almost two weeks.

A small part of the intersection will remain closed so debris can be removed but it won't affect the majority of traffic, police said Tuesday.

Public bus services that run along Darling Street will return to normal by Wednesday.

Meanwhile, Aussie rock legend Diesel has been announced as the headline act at a free community concert organised by the Leichhardt Council as a fundraiser for the victims.

The concert will begin at noon on Sunday, September 21.

About 800 people from the central west NSW Canowindra community turned out at the local footy oval to remember Mr Noble on Saturday.
