Samsung sold shares in four companies

Samsung Electronics Co Ltd says it has sold shares in ASML Holding NV, Rambus Inc, Seagate Technology Plc and Sharp Corp.

South Korean tech giant

Samsung said in a statement on Sunday it has sold about half of its shares in ASML while selling its entire 4.2 per cent stake in Seagate, its 0.7 per cent stake in Sharp and its 4.5 per cent stake in Rambus.

The company did not disclose financial terms of the share sales.
