Schapelle nowhere in sight in ratings

The Seven Network reality cooking show My Kitchen Rules is on the boil in the TV ratings with almost 2 million viewers.

Schapelle Corby may have been everywhere on TV on Monday but she was nowhere to be seen in the ratings which were won by My Kitchen Rules.

The Seven Network's reality cooking show is on the boil after almost topping two million viewers.

The episode featured Tasmanian besties Bianca, 20, and Thalia, 21, who are also the youngest team, receiving 85 points. They now lead their section after three home visits.

MKR was the clear winner on Monday with 1.948 million viewers, followed by Nine News (1.206 million), Seven News (1.197 million) and Seven/Today Tonight (1.114 million).

The Nine Network's late programming changes aren't proving a success.

After the telemovie Schapelle bombed when it aired a day early on Sunday, the re-screening on Monday attracted just 241,000 viewers in its 9.40 timeslot to be 43rd overall.

It was clearly beaten in its timeslot by US drama Revenge (834,000), ABC talk show Q&A (608,000) and Network Ten's Sochi Olympic Games (437,000).

Ten's coverage of the Winter Olympics hasn't set the world on fire but what's more concerning for the network is its reality show So You Think You Can Dance.

It launched on on Sunday in 17th spot with 466,000 viewers and the second episode on Monday attracted a dismal 365,000 to be 27th overall on OzTAM's overnight ratings.

It's a poor start to the series, but then Ten hasn't had much luck with reality dance shows.

In 2012, Everybody Dance Now lasted a few episodes before it was axed and I Will Survive, based around the stage show Priscilla: Queen of the Desert, was shunted to one of Ten's subsidiary channels.
