Seats changing hands at the Vic election

Up to nine seats could change hands once the final votes are counted for the Victorian election.

SEATS CHANGING HANDS AT THE VICTORIAN ELECTION

* BENTLEIGH, was Liberal, now Labor. Nick Staikos winning a 1.8 per cent swing.

* CARRUM, was Liberal, now Labor. Sonya Kilkenny with a 2.1 pct swing.

* MELBOURNE, was Labor, now Green. Ellen Sandell with an 8 pct swing.

* MORDIALLOC, was Liberal, now Labor. Tim Richardson with a 4.5 pct swing.

* SHEPPARTON, was National, now independent. Suzanna Sheed with a 32.5 pct swing.

SEATS IN DOUBT

* FRANKSTON, held by an independent, too close to call with Labor and the Liberals.

* MORWELL, held by the Nationals, too close to call with Labor.

* PRAHAN, held by the Liberals, too close to call with Labor and the Greens.

* RICHMOND, held by Labor, too close to call with the Greens.
