Second Qld masseur 'assaulted' customers

A Sunshine Coast masseur has been charged with sexually assaulting three of his customers, in the second such case in the region.

A second masseur has been charged with sexually assaulting female customers on the Sunshine Coast.

It's alleged the assaults happened at massage businesses in Marcoola and Eumundi between March 2009 and July 2014.

A 63-year-old Noosa man has been charged with three counts of sexual assault relating to three female customers.

Last month police asked women who had been inappropriately dealt with during massages at Sunshine Coast markets to come forward after the arrest of an 80-year-old masseur.

The elderly man was charged with the rape of one female client and the sexual assault of another at a Sunshine Coast farmers' market. It's not believed there is any link between the two men.

The 63-year-old man is due to appear in the Maroochydore Magistrates Court on November 5.

Police have renewed their call for women who think they may have been assaulted at Sunshine Coast massage stalls to come forward.
