Selena Gomez to testify in Bieber case

Selena Gomez has been summoned to testify in a lawsuit filed by a photographer against Justin Bieber, who claims the star kicked and punched him.

Selena Gomez has been subpoenaed to testify in her ex-boyfriend Justin Bieber's legal battle with a photographer.

Photographer Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran has filed a lawsuit against the Baby star, accusing the singer of kicking and punching him while he tried to take pictures of the then-couple in California in 2012.

Duran claims Gomez was present during the alleged assault and lawyers have now filed papers ordering her to give a deposition under oath about what she saw.

The paparazzo filed a civil assault and battery case against Bieber in 2013 seeking monetary damages after the Los Angeles District Attorney declined to press charges over the incident.
