Bill Shorten says there's a mood to change the government.

The opposition leader told reporters in Sydney on Wednesday, ahead of Saturday's election, that voters felt "let down" by the Turnbull government on jobs, education and Medicare.

"I genuinely observe and discern a mood to change the government and we are going to fight this election right down to 6pm on Saturday night because our issues are biting," Mr Shorten said.
