Steele Sidebottom wants a second premiership at Collingwood after turning down AFL free agency for a five-year contract extension.
The midfielder leads four re-signings for the Magpies, with Taylor Adams, Jack Crisp and Adam Oxley also committing to new deals.
It means four of the top five in last year's club best-and-fairest voting are locked into long-term deals.
Captain Scott Pendlebury signed a four-year extension last October, while Sidebottom, Adams and Crisp were also among the leaders in the Copeland Trophy voting.
Sidebottom's deal means he will be at Collingwood until the end of the 2021 season, when he will be 30.
He was 19 when he played in their 2010 premiership team.
"That's definitely a driving factor for me and, being in the leadership group now, it's my responsibility to help drive others to get to that place again," he said.
"I'm confident that with the list we've got, within the next couple of years, it's definitely achievable."
Adams and Crisp have signed extensions to the end of 2019, while Oxley is confirmed to 2018.
