Warrington prop Ashton Sims' ever-present record in Super League XX is under threat after he was accused of punching Wigan five-eighth George Williams during his side's 17-6 win over the Warriors last Thursday.
The Fiji international, who has not missed a match for the Wolves since joining them from North Queensland Cowboys, was not pulled up for the offence during the game but was one of five players cited by the Rugby Football League's match review panel.
Sims is facing a grade B offence which carries a ban of one or two matches if found guilty.
His teammate Daryl Clark has been charged with a minor grade A offence of making dangerous contact on Williams in the same incident.
Leeds full-back Zak Hardaker is facing a grade B charge of a dangerous throw on St Helens' Australian playmaker Travis Burns during the Rhinos' 46-18 win over the champions on Friday.
Hardaker was sin-binned for the offence at the time.
